Below mentioned Terms & Conditions must be read and agreed by the Students & Parents for enrollment in Quran Master Online.

Free Trial Classes:

We know you will like our service that is why we are offering you 5 days free trial classes to check our service. After completing the trial period you can pay the fee to continue, and we charge monthly fees in advance to continue your classes.

Makeup Classes:

We expect every student to be punctual and regular to the classes. Only under special circumstances and on prior intimation, the student shall be granted concession.

If a student finds they can’t attend a class for any reason, they should inform us through Email, Skype chat or support team at least 1 day before and ensure that the class is rearranged to another suitable day.

Reports:

Parents will receive a monthly progress report. This will provide the opportunity for parents to review the progress of their children.

Fees Payment:

The fees charged for courses are very nominal and for maintaining the entire study system which includes technical expenses, salaries of teachers / workers and other related maintenance.

We accept payment through Visa / Master Card, PayPal, Zelle, Western Union, or you can directly send to our bank account. Please let us know if you are not able to make payment through the above method.

New monthly payment must be made within 10 days from the invoice due date.

Important:

1. We charge fees on a monthly basis, we do not charge based on the lesson or classes studied.
2. The additional 5.5 % Tax / Transaction charges will be applied on the amount of the monthly fees.
3. Fees will not be reduced in case of non-attendance information.
4. The 5% fee will be increased every year.
5. Quran master online has the rights to stop classes in case invoices remain unpayable after 10 days.
6. Note: Card Payments are processed under our parent company “Quran Online Master”

Leaves:

Before going on leaves Students / parents should inform us at least one week before.

If the student wants to reserve the slot and timings of their assigned teacher so 50% monthly fees will be charged but if the student doesn't want to reserve his/her teacher slot so might be the teacher will be changed when classes resume.

Cancellation:

To stop the classes students/parents have to inform us at least 15 days before, If the student decides to leave the institute for any reason, we kindly request to send email [email protected], otherwise inform us through Skype chat.

Public Holidays:

Quran Master Online Academy/Institute will be offline during Eid-Holidays, 4 days for Eid-ul-Fitr & 4 days for Eid-ul-Adha, and on 1st May on behalf of Labor Day, the institute will remain closed.
